Use a prescreening service. Don't request a roofing bid from just anyone listed in the phonebook. Anyone can be listed in the phonebook if they pay for it.
Your house looks great! I can imagine how much work had to be done to get this house look as gorgeous as it is. How's everything coming along in your lovely home on the mountain tops? :)
